Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the course, please contact us within this period to request a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must have worked through the course content. Refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind without giving the course a try. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period has expired.

License & Access to Content

Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted a non-transferable license to access the course content for personal use only. This means you may not share your login or course access with others. Access is provided for the life of the course, meaning you will have access as long as the course is being offered, with a guaranteed minimum of one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if there is a violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of access.

Guarantees

While our marketing materials may mention potential results that can be achieved by applying the course content, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and the unique circumstances of each participant. The examples provided are illustrative of what is possible, but we cannot promise or assure any particular result or level of success.

Disclaimer

This course is not intended to replace on-ranch employer-employee training and orientation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the material is understood, correctly pertains to you and to properly document the completion and comprehension of the course by all participants.

Course Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify the course content at any time to improve the quality and accuracy of our materials. We may also discontinue or alter the availability of certain courses at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

The Ranch Academy, its founders or employees, will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the website or course materials.
